Comments: I went a bit ahead of schedule in doing my DE workout as normal (besides keeping assistance at 90%). Other than some pain (tolerable and occasion when doing ssb box squats) on my left side it went alright. I also made a change by doing triples instead of doubles. I figure the increased reps and time under tension will do me some good, especially when I do this for overhead work. Not much to say about the assistance stuff.

Comments: I didn't do much. I did move some other stuff around like the frame and the h-stone but not for very far. More or less just moving things around for the other guys and getting things set up for Mike. Went for a walk to at least get some work in for the day. Next week, it will be for real. I hope.
