I decided to weigh myself today and I'm down a little over 11lbs. Oh well. My plan for training is to up the weights on assistance lifts by 10% each week and on the main lifts add a set. This week I'll add a triple (63%) and then the next a single (72%).

Comments: My glutes and hamstrings, especially my left one, were stiff and tight today. Not sure if it was DOMS from lifting or getting into a car last night. Either way, kind of sad getting sore from such little effort. Got to get back in to peak form. Just did my thing, nothing too stressful. Lots of stretching for my legs.
