Comments: Hammies were tight so I was sllightly concerned with how lifting would go. Happy to be putting weight back on the bar. Ghr's felt better than last time. I actual felt kind of happy or at least in a good mood. I haven't felt positive lifting since this injury so I guess I'm getting better and returning to a better state of mind.
