Weight is back up about 4lbs or so. Feeling really beat from yesterday's events. I must say that it is tough training with a world class athlete. Even at my best, he totally eclipses me. I guess I just got to keep trucking along.

Comments: I felt sore and stiff everywhere. Especially in my biceps and legs. Pressing strength is taking its sweet ol' time coming back. Had to do a lot of stretching.
