Comments: It's going to be really hot this week, getting close to 100 degrees most of the week so I've been drinking diluted gatorade to supplement my water intake so I don't feel so drained. Neck/trap still not 100% but it is only annoying now. Rack assited stuff felt pretty heavy once I got up to 405lbs area even though the reps looked fast. Sumos felt heavy (first set I had the wrong mats and they kept sliding) so I knew that it was going to be tough to even get one rep with 505lbs. Really left that rep in my glutes and hips at lockout. GM's went well and so did abs.
