Comments: Like yesterday, I had big plans but my body was saying no. The sandbag press medley was just something I wanted to do. 200lbs on the sandbag pressing was giving me enough trouble, let alone even attempting 250lbs. Figures it would bother my neck, again (taking anti-inflammatories and using icy hot). Joe had some of his guys from the strongman training camp around so I used one of them as weight for the harness pulls. Gravel and dust made getting a good foot hold tough so I needed some help for the last set. I felt like crap when it came time for stones so I just stuck with no tacky and hit it for speed singles. This actually felt good. Did some mowing when I got home. Definitely not doing CT Plat Plus show, I'm not ready or at the level yet. I also still have a lot to learn about my body's recovery as I should have taken at least moving events easy this week due to the contest. Time to recover and think.
