Comments: Balls. I was looking forward to heavy yokin' but I guess my body had other plans. Box squats were hit and miss; some were slow and some were good. Right below the knee on my right leg started to hurt like crazy after the first run with the yoke and I thought I was injured. I went slow on the next set and the pick hurt it. Went away after that and I had difficult time with 670lbs. I knew I'd have to focus for the next set but apparently that wasn't enough. Didn't even make it 30' before I gave up in frustration. I've done 100lbs more than this for a greater distance. Pissed off about that. Maybe I should have stayed lightish since I just did a contest (even though I was treating it like a training day). Yoke is frustrating at times. Farmer's were okay but nothing special. I gripped a bit too far back on the last set and it made them very difficult to walk with so that's something I'll need to watch in the future. Dimels were the only thing that felt great.
