30 Minutes of Stretching

Comments: Body was a little stiff today but still go a decent sweat going. Arms were really sore and tight even picking up the empty log. It's going to be a tough contest to recover from. Made my contest prep highlight video, however, due to my choice of music (Slayer), it can't be viewed in Germany. I know it's because of a Sony copyright but I just like to think that Germany can't handle Slayer.
