26 Minutes of Stretching
Comments: Pretty good workout, nice and crisp on the overheads. I only got about a half hour more sleep last night compared to the rest of the week and I felt a lot better. I really liked using more free weight and less band tension on the log, this way the bands aren't guiding the weight so much/keeping it close. It allows me to focus on pulling the weight into my shoulders to stabilize it and get more of my leg drive to go into putting the log overhead. First set of thick dumbbell felt a little off on the leg drive but that issue resolved itself when I bumped up the weight. Dumbbell snatches were way too easy with 34lbs and 54lbs. I need to start heavier and take smaller jumps on this exercise. Now sleep, sleep is good.
