I need to be smarter with my training, especially with my warm-ups. More working sets rather than working up to a big set on the secondary exercises. Glad I had the day off for the holiday as it helped me get some stuff done and refocus. Trap bar arrived so I can put it into my workouts. Right thumb is fubar for now.
Walking – 31 minutes
Comments: Left knee has been a little sore. Walking felt good and it was nice outside. Usually don’t get a chance to walk outside when it is still light out. Quite sore in my back and legs from event training.
