Comments: Good lifting, lots of joking around. The power rack I use for squatting had it's anchoring system reinforced so no issues with it moving now. Left side of my lower back was a bit tight from yesterday's high rep stuff. Squatting took a few sets to get the weights moving. It's crazy how much of a difference there is between barbell and ssb when doing these for speed work. Weight was easy on split squats but the reps are just plain no fun. Gm's were tough, almost lost the last rep but powered through. Last set of abs was a grinding fight. Going to stick to these same weights for next time. Lots of stretching.
