Comments: Pretty good workout. I knew what to expect squatting with the rack bar this time so it wasn't nearly as bad. I had some issues with the rack moving due to the band tension but fixed that with some boards. Two times the bar fell out of the hooks when I wasn't focused. Really woke me up both times haha. The weight actually felt comfy, if that is possible. Didn't have to do any warming up for the split squats. Legs are getting stronger. Gm's went much better this time. I think it was because I had done heavy weights on reverse band block pulls that made my back so tired last time. Finished up with pulldown abs and stretching.
