I felt awful this morning mentally. Incredibly down. Felt like I had missed my medication the day before. Felt better after being up for a few hours. Weird. I hate when I get that way.

Comments: I hesitated doing my extra workout. I was tired. Rubbed the front of my shoulders to get some blood flow in there and loosen them up a bit. Really becoming annoying. Surprised that I finally got all the band stuff with no breaks. It was tough but I did it. Got to get them all for a couple more workouts before even thinking about moving up the band tension.
