May 08, 2011 - DE UB

I stayed up late and slept in fairly late as well. Lethargic and a bit apathetic. Feeling a little down you might say. I blame it on yesterday being so fun. Hoping it passes soon.

50 Minutes of Stretching

Comments: Wasn't expecting much today. It's been awhile since I've done my DE UB day after events. Abs were sore from pulldown abs on Friday so benching was stretching them out some haha. Felt alright. Really paused the last rep. I was a bit cautious on dips. Didn't want my achy shoulder to act up or anything. Got my goal reps with 145lbs, only a struggle to get those last two reps. Incline felt good today. Got over big plateau by getting over two reps with the 120lbs dumbbells. Really pleased with that. Did my rear dlet stuff and stretched like crazy. Two more tough weeks of training to go haha.
