Today didn't start out well. The right side of my neck tightened up while I was sleeping and the pain woke me up at 6:00 in morning. I took some anti-inflammatories and was able to fall back to sleep but it was still stiff. I put on an Icy Hot patch on my neck (I kind of have a rule that I won't use anti-inflammatories before lifting) and wait an hour or so before finally going to lift late.

Comments: Good lifting but wasn't feeling that good. My right shoulder decided to join in with my stiff neck and make benching awful. It felt better as I added weight but those first few sets were just plain unpleasant. The rest of the stuff I did weren't nearly as bad on my shoulder. Got a solid PR on both dips and incline. Rear delt raises are getting a little bit easier but not quite ready to move up in weight. Stretching to finish up the day. I'm hoping this tightness in my neck/shoulder goes away soon.
