Comments: Very tired today. Had to fight to keep my eyelids from closing haha. I think my legs are now getting used to the new band tension. Doing high reps on the Roman Chair is just plain unpleasant, but I need it. Going to stick with the same weight for the abductions as the second set was quite tough to finish. Also sticking with the same weight next time for belt squats. Came very close to retching. Need to stick with this weight until I can do it fairly easy. Not much to say about the other stuff as I've been doing them as such for several weeks now. Undecided about how to proceed with event training this weekend.
