Comments: Shoulders and hands were quite sore today. Shoulders were from all the yoke sets (I forget how much they flex/work on that) and hands were from all the axle work and plate pinching. Did all my band stuff with no breaks for the first time with this band tension. A few more sessions like this and I'll be increasing the band tension again. I made some changes to my deadlifting exercise selection. A mixture of ideas from competitors that had crappy deadlifts but made them a lot stronger. Should be interesting trying some of these new ideas out tomorrow.
