Comments: Much the same as last week's workout. Band tension for the leg curls still packs a punch but it's still early. I decided to drop one set of the belt squats and just go with a single set of 30 reps instead.

ReplyDeleteI came across your blog by looking through google for tips because tomorrow is my first local strongman competition ever and to tell you the truth, I'm very inspired by your dedication. I'm from Miami, FL and I've always lifted but more recently I began to get into "westside" type of training because of my brother. I have a longggg way to go, especially since I'm limited in my gym, and I am just starting to log my workouts. I'm gonna start improving my "blog" and try to model it like yours if you don't mind.
