Walking – 33 minutes

Comments: Had the opportunity to lift today but decided it was smarter to get used to my new schedule (let the biceps rest haha). I had thought my new class started this week but it's next week so this was a planned day off. Went walking at night after dinner. Pretty much got all the details ironed out in my plan of attack.
