34 Minutes of Stretching
Comments: Late start to this workout. Squats felt a tad high to me at the start and I realized it was an inch too high after the set with 395lbs so I decreased it to 17.5". Borderline parallel (maybe slightly above hard to tell from camera angle) height for me. Now I have done lifts from this height in the past but that was when I first started box squats years ago and that's when I did only 335lbs. So I didn't think it was fair to count that as my PR on this lift when I've done so much more from a lower box height as of late. 505lbs was a grinder, came off the box pretty good but really had to fight through the mid point. Felt good to kind of squat over a quarter ton. Hopefully a full squat with 500lbs is coming soon. Now I've done rack suspended goodmornings and I've done ssb goodmornings but never together. Felt good (besides left side of my upperback). Felt good for at least two more reps with 365lbs but figured shutting it down at just three was smarter. Hypers and abs were good. Lots of stretching.
