Comments: I haven't done a full range bench in a while so I wasn't sure how it was going to be today. Very light assistance from the reverse bands, only 45lbs. Felt a little sucky on the warm ups but felt pretty good by the end. Made a big PR on these, really psyched as the heaviest set was with 20lbs more than my best bench at the bottom and I had enough speed in the hole to lock out the 365lbs weight at the top. Half presses were tougher than expected. I need to use less weight next time. Rows were a little better than last time but those last six reps are always so dang tough to get. Incline benches were all being used and since my DE UB day has become pretty much all pressing, I decided to switch the rear delts with g-man's. A little tough considering the previous triceps work this week and this workout. Also found out that the big stone I loaded at Jon's on July 24th was actually 435lbs and not 430lbs. Sweet.
