Comments: Today kind of sucked. I've taken out walking on my lifting days while I work at this assignment due to the increased walking (pretty much doubled my normal walking). Every set of log pressing it felt like I was growing another skull inside my skull and it wanted to jump out and dance around. With 5-boards, I was kind of hoping that 315lbs wouldn't be so tough for five reps. Messed up on my first set of incline dumbbell presses, almost didn't get five reps on that set. The other sets were better but nothing great. For g-man's I figured I'd rather be pissed with doing crappy with a 10lbs increase than a 5lbs increase. These actually went well. Stretching after that. Sent in my entries for both the American Cup (WNSF) and the Hudson Valley Strongman (NAS).
