Comments: Changed things up for today. I went back to the high band tension, low bar weight (but increasing) approach to my speed work. Everything felt awesome. Other than my biceps and forearms being tight from the day before (darn you dumbbell) log cleans were crisp and explosive. Good for a few more. Finally got 12 reps on incline and got it for the other two sets as well. Woot. Finished up with raises (increasing the weight next time) and a lot of stretching. Going to be sore tomorrow.
