Comments: Pure unadulterated crap. I woke up in a bad mood and the whole day was plagued with seeds of doubt and boy is it tough to uproot those. It took quite a bit of convincing on my part to even workout. I almost fell over on the first set of squats. Right knee was acting up again so I used a knee sleeve for yoke. The only set that was even remotely decent was the last set but it still was freaking tough. In fact the only thing that felt right was the very last set of farmer's and dimels. I was breaking out in a sweat after pretty much every set. Definitely need to rework some things and think some things out as well. Perhaps the yoke and farmers every week is taking too much out of me.
