Comments: Didn't get much sleep last night, too much energy to fall asleep I guess. My appetite hasn't returned yet but I'm doing my best to get in calories. This workout showed how much I've pushed myself doing two contests with no rest. Felt a lot of aches and boo-boos. Everything was easy. Definitely need this deload. Just hope that a week is enough to recover to 100%.
