Walking – 34 minutes
Comments: This bug is nearly gone, it lingers on but to the point of mostly unnoticeable. Walking feels good but I'm noticing these aches everywhere. Maybe it's from thinking about just relaxing and not focusing on lifting that causes this. Neck and shoulders are really tight. Tomorrow is last gym workout until go time.
