Walking – 30.5 minutes
Comments: Walking felt good, triceps are sore. My body pretty much 100% but I still feel mentally fatigued. In other words, I don't feel like competing right now. My pain is to keep training fun, keep working hard and take off from contests until mid-August. I find these shows more fun when I have a break between them. This weeks training has been fun. I'm actually pretty excited thinking about some of the fall contests.
