Comments: Haven't done a post contest deload in a while. Forearms are incredibly sore right now. When they are sore, I know I need to take it easy. It's looking more and more likely that I'll be skipping the Plat Plus shows this year and do one or two local shows and then the WNSF show in August. Then again, it could just be the tiredness and boo-boos talking and I could be thinking better fully rested.
