Walking – 34.5 minutes
Comments: Took off my lifting today. It would've just wiped out my pressing for tomorrow and it was more of a coming back to it workout for the dumbbell work so that will get hit next week. Did a little mowing and then went for a walk. Really warm out and going to be just as bad tomorrow. I'm nervous even though I shouldn't be. Loading up on diluted Gatorade and Propel so I don't sweat to death tomorrow. It's going to be a tough day.
