Comments: More training at the Stable in Chambersburg. Felt pretty good. Triceps really sore from yesterday. Wanted to do some heavy farmer's picks and figured I'd add the 2" handles in for something fun. Honestly I was psyched out of my mind to get the 320lbs per hand for three and I thought no way in hell was I getting 370lbs per hand off the ground but I got really amped and pulled. I was so happy to get them up. I may have had another rep in me but I definitely could have held on to them longer or taken a stroll. Huge grip PR for me, hell it's a 20lbs per hand PR for a farmer's pick in general. The other guys were using the "super prowler" for some sets of high handles for 75' and then low handles back 75' so I did two sets with the "super prowler" with 210lbs on it. No idea how much it weighs but it's definitely big. Added 70lbs for one more and that was tough. I really focused on getting low and the run down with the high handles was my best form wise. I got stuck in a little raised edge at the other end and had to get it out of that before I could push it back down. That was exhausting. Finished up with some light arm over arm pulls using the "super prowler".
