37 Minutes of Stretching
Comments: With the laid back type of training yesterday, I had to focus for this workout. Shoulders were getting pretty sore from the log presses but speed was good. I was a little slow on the first two sets of dumbbell but the set with 140lbs felt like butter. 170lbs was a bear to clean to the shoulders the first rep but it actually went up pretty easy. The fourth rep on my right side would definitely not count in a contest but it was close enough for me today. Got the left side pretty easy too. I'm probably good for a few more reps. Rows were easy and quick. JM's were tough, I felt achy on the first set and the second set was a struggle to get all the reps. So much so that I did the third set in the power rack in case I failed. Lots of stretching afterward.
