Comments: Okay, still getting back into it. My spine was feeling like it was gnawed on my dogs. The first set with the bar on 3-board presses was strange, I'm so used to hitting 4-board height that I stopped short on some of reps until I got used to it. Really boring, I was yawning a lot while lifting. Just two more low intensity workouts and then I can ramp it up again.
