Walking – 31.5 minutes
Comments: I was a big ball of soreness upon waking today so thankfully just walking. I'm planning on changing my exercises for overhead and squat based lifts on my ME days. I should have something concrete by the end of this weekend. I won't be making any changes until after Viking Fest. I think adding in more lifts will give me more time to improve the main lifts before testing them.
