Comments: Working out the aches and pains. Lower back, hamstrings, hips and knees were all touchy. My knees are feeling a lot better from dropping the axle on them. Still need to organize my training for the next few weeks. My belts should arrive tomorrow and the harness should come next Monday. No word yet on my shoes.
