Comments: Good workout. I'm not feeling nearly as sore as the previous days. I wore my rehband belt for box squats and I think it does help me keep better form. Belts really help with keeping stable with a yoke and I can make bigger strides which should help with speed, eventually. First two sets of farmer's were pretty good. I had a little hiccup picking 276lbs but I went on to finish with no real issues. I think the thick belt might have thrown me off as I didn't use it for the first two sets. It was a tough pick with 326lbs but my grip held strong and I made all 50' this time. I held it for a moment after finishing. Finished up with dimels and stretching.
