Comments: Trained with Lou today which was a welcome change of pace. We did "I go, you go" for the log presses which made for shorter than usual rest, which was good. Dumbbell pressing was nice and easy although my right wrist was a little tender. Did much better on rows this time, just couldn't get a sixth rep on the right hand. Getting better. JM's felt good. I'm surprised with how much stretching I had to do afterward. Events tomorrow and then nothing but easy until Viking Fest.
