Comments: Pretty good, I felt a little achy warming up but didn't feel like crap during the actual workout. Yoke didn't feel heavy like the last two times I deloaded after a contest so that's good. I did the sets for yoke with short rest, less than 30 seconds. I took a bit longer than that on farmer's since I was putting away my yoke stuff in between sets. Knees still have some bruising and inflammation from dropping the axle on them at Viking Fest but it's not hindering me in any way. Almost have my training set up.
