Comments: Pretty good workout, very sore from the day before. The heat was on again but it wasn't as brutal as yesterday. I've never really used the mini bands for reverse band work and the most I have even tried was only 225lbs. I'm glad to come within 10lbs of my best with the monster minis (which provided 135lbs of assistance) with the minis (which provide 65lbs of assistance). I had thought the minis actually provided more but I never checked until after I was done lifting. I am a little concerned that I couldn't get into a split jerk at all, even though I was trying. Not sure what that was about. Board pressing was ok, the sets after 195lbs were quite tough. I guess one board is a big difference but. Used my belts for rows and that took quite a bit of the pressure off my back.
