Comments: Pretty good workout, took between 66 and 67 minutes. Back and abs still very sore from Monday's workout. I haven't done any board pressing in at least a year so it was good to be using about 90% of my max from then against bands. This was a new lift for me. Body is still getting used to heavy weights.
