Walking – 30 minutes
Comments: Woke up with stomach pain. Thought I was hungry but I was wrong. Not painful enough to make me vomit but too much to risk lifting or eating. I did force myself to go for a walk. Pretty much means that I won't be working out tomorrow either to recover. I guess I should be glad this happened this week rather than last week or next week. I made a video of my training for the Summit Sports Strength Show and Pro/Am.
