Comments: Tough day. Upped the weights I use for box squats since I made a big improvement in my max on those so these were a little slow. I accidentally lifted up the rack when I was trying to rack the weight on the third set so I slowed them down at the top a little to avoid doing that again. Very humid outside today. Had a misstep and had to set down 660lbs the first set. First time I've dropped this light of a weight (didn't feel light). My dad helped me stay motivated even though I was tired by reminding me that I had done 200lbs more on a Conan's Wheel six days ago and I believe I made it in a little over 16 seconds on the next set. Farmers felt good and then my grip gave out on the first set of 246lbs. I've never lost my grip on that light of a weight. Maybe it was the humid but I think it's just fatigue. Really focused and squeezed the life out of them on the next run and did them in about 14.5 seconds. Finished up with Dimels and then weren't too easy. Stretching and rest.
