Comments: Today went well, good workout. I was slightly apprehensive since the last time I did this variation of jerk with the axle, I felt awful and couldn't get my legs into it. This turned out to be a good session and I really got my legs in to in on the last few sets. Although it did suck during warm-ups when I brought the bar down hard on my scabby deltoids. Really pleased to get 250lbs against this tension (beats my PR against IW#1's by 5lbs so expect big things on that one). Incline press is still a mess but I managed to get another rep with 235lbs. Sad but it's progress. Rows were tough and I didn't force them. Probably fatigued from doing heavy snatch grip deadlifts the day before. Rear delt stuff was solid enough that I'll be upping the weight next session. Now I rest until Saturday.
