Comments: Pretty good workout, no where near as awesome as yesterday's but still good. First time trying out my new wrist wraps from APT and they are great, really took the pressure off my wrists. Missed 365lbs at the bottom, I also screwed up getting it out of the rack. I feel like I have a deadzone in my floor press, nothing like the one I have with incline, that makes it a little frustrating. It feels easy out of the rack but once it goes down it feels awkward. I wasn't terribly pleased with this until I checked my records at home to find I had made some decent PR's on this lift. Still getting comfortable with this lift. Strict presses felt great the first set but the second set I slightly missed reracking the weight and that made my one shoulder tight. Didn't seem to matter as I was able to get three tough reps with 225lbs. Always wanted to strict press two plates so that felt good. Upper back stuff was a little rough, it always is after a contest/deload. The first set for both rows and raises were really tough and then the following ones got better and more rapid. Finished up with stretching.
