Comments: Good workout today. I was a little anxious due to the horrible event training day I had on Saturday. My anterior deltoids are covered in scabs and they tear every time I move my arms so that kind of sucks. Also I've been apparently having anger for breakfast the past two days and producing a layer of sweat, much like the Waxy Tree Frog of South America. Those worries were mostly unsubstantiated as I murdered my previous PR's on box squats. Looks like my form is improving, my legs are getting stronger and I am closing in on the elusive 500lbs squat. Snatch grip deadlifts went smoothly but my forearms are incredibly sore still from flipping that evil tire on Saturday so I had to strap up to save them from further pain. GM's were manageable but tough, esepecially the last set. That was a real grinder. Abs were abs, not much to say there.
