Walking – 30 minutes
Comments: Lots of sleep today, spent most of my dad working on stuff on my computer and doing some chores. Felt good to just relax and take it easy today. Walking felt good once I started moving around for a bit. My left foot joint was a little achy but the blood pumping from walking made it feel better. Taking tomorrow off too and then back to the grind for another hard week of training and then deloading for the Sports Summit Pro/Am.
