Comments: Pretty good, didn't really feel exhausted this workout. My right wrist has been bugging me a little since Wednesday and doing board pressing against IW#2's doubled. Shoulders were feeling the log pressing. I had some sloppy form on dumbbell pressing but still got all the reps I needed. Definitely had some in the tank. Pretty ho-hum for the rest of the workout. Planning on hitting events hard tomorrow, especially stones.
