Comments: Another mixed bag of lifting. I probably should have taken today off. Really I had no legs or grip on deadlifts with the axle. I might switch this out for a high platform pull instead. Switched up things and did full zercher squats instead of the rack variation I've been doing. GM's went well and so did abs. Much like last week with squatting, besides the axle pulls, it was okay. More fine tuning and tinkering.
