Comments: Good workout. Even though my triceps were really sore, they were strong. Upped the weight on the log presses since I have a new max. Where was this triceps lockout prowess at Clash of the Titans? I took my time with both presses and rows with the thick dumbbell. I did moderate loads, just like I did with yoke and farmer's yesterday. JM pressing was really good, again strong. Since the Iron Horse Stable has new flooring, no loading events this weekend so I'm just going to do events at home. I'll try out some new ones.
