33 Minutes of Stretching
Comments: I was feeling a little beat up from even training and the lazy Sunday syndrome started to wear me down but I snapped out of it and hit the gym. Shoulders, core and hips were feeling it bad today. That made for some tough log pressing. I've actually never used this weight for speed work before, I missed it last time. I felt like I was going to blackout after the first four sets when I put down the log. That means it's getting heavy. A lot of reps with a light dumbbell after that. Grip on rows was good, but I didn't push it. I'll wait until my lower rep week to go real heavy. 130 is the most I've actually tried rowing. JM's were tough after all of the pressing. Did a lot of stretching since I missed it yesterday.
