27 Minutes of Stretching

Comments: Stayed up late, slept in late. Added in an exercise call "the inchworm" to my dynamic warm-ups. Not sure if I'm going to keep it in but we'll see. Did some super light pulls with 95lbs to get an idea of what form for strongman deadlift would work best for me in the future. Moved through the workout quick, no rest between sets this time. I could sense people circling like sharks on the leg exercise equipment. Good sweat built up like the last two sessions. Foundation training to commence Tuesday.
